Social innovation calls for more and more new forces and a large pool of talented young people committed to volunteerism. Due to overemphasis on exams, whole-person education is missing. Young people, particularly college students, although equipped with knowledge, lack channels to know and integrate with the rest of society as well as sense and skills of social innovation to promote social development. YouChange’s education projects such as Eagle Plan and Startup Café will help them in this regard.
