Ms. Liu   Ms. Liu is currently chairman and CEO of RBS China. She graduated from Capital Medical University and pursued post-graduate studies at University of Chicago. She has rich experience in conducting long-term cooperation with international investment institutions and in leading and implementing overseas financing programs. She worked in JP Morgan for nearly seven years as vice chairman for China and chairman for China Financial Institutions. She spent nearly four years in Lehman Brothers and seven years in CLSA. She engaged in the IPO of China Life Insurance (Group) Company and important businesses such as listing &underwriting, merger & acquisition and project financing for many large Chinese SOEs and private enterprises, including Huaneng Shangdong, Potevio, Dalian International Trust and Investment Corporation, China Unicom, China Merchants Bank, Aluminum Corporation of China, China Minmetals Corporation and Greentown Group.
