Wu Yibing Director

Mr. Wu   Mr. Wu is currently Temasek’s senior managing director and head for China. He holds a PhD of Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree of University of Science and Technology of China. He was president of CITIC Private Equity Funds Management Co., Ltd., and concurrently director of Lenovo Group and executive vice president, responsible for investment of Legend Holdings. He led and engaged in Lenovo’s landmark acquisition of IBM PC Department. As Chief Integration Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Transformation Officer and Chief Information Officer of Lenovo Group., he was responsible for post-acquisition integration in over 70 countries, successfully led new companies in formulating strategies, designing organizational structures designing, transforming business process and building new strategic IT system with remarkable achievements. Dr. Wu’s career in McKinsey spanned 12 years, from senior director of McKinsey Global, general manager of McKinsey Beijing to head of Asia Pacific M&A Practice.
